Forbes India Just Released A List Of Top 100 Celebrities And There Are A Few Surprises

2016 was not that bad at all , From cinema and music to sports and politics it was hell of roller coaster ride. Looking back at 2016 quickly pours my mind with some of the names like SRK, Salman , PV Sindhu, Virat Kohli, and Priyanka Chopra. These names and some others really rocked this year! Not only entertaining themselves but also kept the whole India entertained and proud through their performances. Let see how they rocked this year!

 Forbes India released their  Celebrity 100 list for 2016. There is a slight change in top position that is going to surprise you! . Well just forgot to mention that Forbes India list is based  on both the earnings and fame quotient of the country’s top celebrities. 

Shah Rukh Khan who was ranked on the top in list of  2015, is replaced by  Salman Khan. This bring SRK to the second position.  Looking at the numbers and statistics, Salman’s earnings are  ₹270.3 crore in 2016, that makes it  ₹74 lakh per day. A new and more surprised entry to the list is Aamir Khan who has been placed 14th position due to his  high fame quotient.

Country like India where Cricket and Bollywood are considered like religion if not religion, but still seeing a comedian Kapil Sharma and singer Arijit Singh in top 100 really surprised us. One more thing to be mentioned here that 29 women personalities placed their names into the list this year with a 17.6 percent share in overall earnings.
