Today we bring you a story of man from Chhattisgarh who chose to be a farmer then to be in his boring corporate job life.
One would directly come to point that this wasn’t a lucrative choice but the interesting news is that, his innovative strategies gives a turnover of Rs 2 crore against his annual salary of Rs 24 lakh.
Let’s have a look at the daring and highly motivated Sachin Kale’s life story from Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh who gave away a corporate job life and followed his heart.
Sachin Kale has many degrees such Bachelors of mechanical engineering, MBA in finance, LLB, and PhD in Economy and Engineering in his pocket. He was living luxurious life in the capital city. He went to Nagpur in 2003 when he got his girst job. Then switched to a company in Pune. In 2005, he joined the coveted NTPC, Sipat. But after doing job for three years he again moved to Pune where he was offered a package of Rs 12 lakh.
During this whole time, whenever he would come home to see his parents, his grandfather would always tell him that not value could be achieved from 9 to 6 job. We need to create some value for the society rather than just aiming to earn in life. He valued every insight of his grandfather and started evaluating his own life.
Though after 3 years he was offered an annual salary of 24 lakh, in which he could afford a good house with a car, and all other luxury life demands. But soon as the years passed he got becoming bored with city life. And would often remember what his grandfather would use to tell him.
It was the year 2014, in which Sachin took the decision to, quit his job and returned home. This stunned his father the most. He asked Sachin to join family business. But Sachin had something else in his mind. When sachin shaed his idea to take up farming in his native village of Medhpar. His father got surprised to hear his plan, but let his son take the final call.
Sachin took on farming full-fledgedly; from plying tractor on his fields to selecting the crops. He researched and consulted the experts in the field of agriculture. In a short span of time he soon launched a company called Innovative Agrilife Solutions Pvt Ltd. His company would arranges funds for many farmers, keeps track of their expenses and would also get some share in their earnings.
This was quite beneficial for the farmers within two years his company touched a turnover of 2 core and helped around 70 farmers in the area.
Suchin not only cultivates the traditional crops of paddy and pulses, but also seasonal and leafy vegetables and organic produce. He got great respect and success from around the farmers who often come to visit him to see his advice and experience.
