1. Aloe vera
Thanks to its anti-inflammatory properties, the aloe vera plant can relieve the pain and itch of hemorrhoids quickly and effectively. Simply spread some aloe vera gel on the affected area and the pain and swelling will soon be gone.
2. Apple Cider Vinegar
There are various natural substances that can be applied to the painful area to sooth and heal it. Try using apple cider vinegar (ACV) – the panacea of natural remedies. Simply soak a cotton ball and apply it to the anal area. This should help with inflammation and symptom relief. You can also try mixing ACV with honey as this combination can improve digestive health and prevent constipation.

3. Garlic
Put three garlic cloves and three bay leaves in a pot of boiling water. Let the it brew for at least 10 minutes and then take the pot off the stove and let it cool. Apply this solution to the hemorrhoids three times a day until they are gone.
4. Potatoes
Potatoes have a dehydrating effect and can help to reduce the swelling of hemorrhoids. This method is particularly good when there is bleeding involved. Simply shred and grind some potatoes into a paste and rub it directly on the affected area. Let the paste dry and you’ll immediately notice the effects.

On sitting toilets, users are forced to strain in order to move the bowels. The main cause of hemorrhoids is the straining that takes place.
