Badrinath Ki Dulhania one of my favorite had a wonderful first weak collection at Box Office. The movie started doing well right from day 1. Credit for sure goes to the interesting story-line and excellent acting of by Alia and Varun.
Karan Johar shall be happy as the film running quite well breaking records of the big movies like Raees, Kaabil and Jolly LLB 2, on the first Monday, by garnering a whopping 12.08 crores.
Till Wednesday, the total was 68 crores;
The film did good even on the 7th day, collected 5.06 crores, that makes the total to 73.66 crores. The movie is now just a crore away to step in to the 75 crores club. If continued with same face the movie will for sure quickly enter 100 crores club .
Day 1- 12.25 crores!
Day 2- 14.75 crores!
Day 3- 16.05 crores!
Day 4- 12.08 crores!
Day 5- 7.52 crores!
Day 6- 5.95 crores!
Day 7- 5.06 crores!
Total– 73.66 crores!
So far the movie is doing great in number for the first week and we hope the trend continues in the 2nd week too. It looks like the movie will definitely dominate the Box Office in the coming week too, considering the responses from the audience.
