The following diet lasts 7 days and it includes cucumbers every day. It is based on cucumbers which you can consume anytime you feel hungry. Cucumber is a vegetable that is extremely healthy and is often used in beauty treatments and facial masks as well as for cleaning the face or treating acne.

Cucumbers stimulate the metabolism and cleanse the gastrointestinal tract thus purify the whole organism.

Cucumber diet plan:

  1. Breakfast:
  • 1 plate of cucumber salad
  • Hard boiled eggs
  1. Snack:
  • 5 plums or 1 big apple or 1 peach (less than 200 grams)
  1. Lunch
  • 1 piece of toasted wheat bread
  • Bowl of cucumber salad

Cucumber salad recipe
Ingredients:

  • 400 grams of cucumber
  • 200 ml of sour milk or yogurt
  • Fresh onion
  • A little salt

Preparation:
Peel the cucumber and slice them. Add the salt and mix until it dissolves completely, then add the milk or yogurt and the onion and mix well again.

  1. Snack:
  • Cucumber shake

Ingredients:

  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 apple
  • Handful of washed spinach

Preparation:
Blend all the ingredients and then add a little fresh ginger. Consume while it is fresh.

  1. Dinner:
  • 300 grams of fruit of your choice
