The Human Brain reacts to good music like it reacts to good food Or a hard won victory Or like romance. Everything is Unicorn and Rainbows. Seems a strange response for something so abstract, a response usually reserved for a concrete stimuli.
But humans are a unique animal. Our survival doesn’t depend on growing bigger claws or impenetrable skeletons. But our survivals depends on culture, the ability to share ideas.
Like language, music is a hardwired vehicle for spreading culture. But unlike language, music patches directly into the brain’s emotional center. Music can hijack our emotions to make even the most dull task seem epic.
Following is my interpretation of how the music’s play out in my brain. But your results may vary, since everyone have their own different imagination.
